Why Activity?

 

Being physically active is crucial to being healthy and happy. IBO and Walden want you to live a balanced, fulfilling life and we know how important it is for you to get outside, enjoy nature, get your blood pumping and build your strength and agility. 

 

Your mind and body are inextricably linked. You will discover that taking a break from mental activity to take care of your physical being will, in turn, strengthen your creative and intellectual capacity. 

 

It doesn't so much matter what you choose to do—just get out there an move!

  • Dance
